Hi Everyone,
I was sitting out on my merpesset looking out at the rolling hills of Bet Shemesh reminising about my childhood. We used sit under this big huge pear tree in our yard  eating dinner in the cool breeze of summer. When it was blueberry season my Mother would make this  pie which used to be one of my all time favorite desserts. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Blueberry tart
Pre heat oven to 350
2 baskets of blueberries washed and dried (save one washed basket for later)
¾ cup sugar
3 tsp grated lemon rind
Mix together 1 basket of blueberries, sugar and lemon rind and pour into pie shell
Pie shell
2 cups of flour
½ cup margarine
4 TBSP confectionary sugar
1 ½ tsp baking powder
Mix together and press into pan
Bake 40 min at 350
Immediately upon removal from oven add the 2nd basket of blueberries
